| Raw Product Manufacturing |

| The Organization comprises of Modernized Machinery, latest tools and equipments, Urbane Plant and Skilled Employees. With appropriate selection of wood, seasoning by kilns-reducing moisture from 65% to 12% (as per international standards), compressed with the help of hydraulic composer machine leaving no chance for joint opening & disfigurement and chemically treated for anti-termite, manufacturing starts. Wide belt-sander with cutter block provides smooth and flawless surface to product. Automated Through-feed edge bending machine is used to provide fine and accurate edges of doors and furniture. CNC & Automatic machines are used to manufacture all products to ensure the accuracy of items. |

| Polishing |

Our company is well recognized in the market for maintaining its product quality. One of the main reasons for achieving that position is “Spray Paint/Polishing Booth”. All manufactured raw products are polished under pressurized spray painting/polishing cum drying booth to give them extremely smooth and sophisticated finish in matte, semi-gloss and high-gloss like water-based Polyurethane, solvent-based Polyurethane (PU), melamine and polyester.
